Established in 1989, China Hua Jing Electronics Group Co. is the domestic micro-electronics research and production enterprise in larger scale. The corporation is composed of the former No. 742 Factory of the mastery of Electronic Industry and No.24 Research Institute, Wuxi Branch. The corporation now has over 5100 staff members and the fixed asset of 3 billion RMB.

The corporation is mainly engaged in the development, production and sales of MOS Circuit, Bi-electrode Circuit and other components. There is a central research institute solely engaged in the research and development of integrated Circuit. There is chip production line and seam test line.
